A night for me. A possible lifetime for someone else.
Every night, thousands of Australians go to sleep without a safe place to call home. No door to lock. No bed. No sense of security.
It’s something most of us never have to think about… but for so many, it’s their reality.
This year, I’m taking part in the Vinnies CEO Sleepout. For one night, I’ll be sleeping outside, not to compare, but to better understand, raise awareness, and do something about it.
Through my work with Build It Forward, I’ve seen how life-changing a safe space can be. A home isn’t just shelter. It’s dignity, stability, and a foundation to rebuild a life. Without it, everything becomes harder.
That’s why this matters so much to me.
