A decade of showing up. Here's why I keep coming back.
This June marks my 10th Vinnies CEO Sleepout, a milestone I'm incredibly proud of. As one of the Ambassadors and Executive Chairman of the Woodards Group, championing this cause has become one of the most meaningful things I do each year.
Every night, thousands of Australians experience homelessness. Unlike them, I only do this for one night. They don't have that choice.
Over the past decade, Team Woodards has raised nearly $1 million for Vinnies — funding soup vans, safe houses and crisis support for the people who need it most. This year we're aiming to raise $160,000 — enough to put a brand new, fully fitted soup van on the road 365 days a year.
No amount is too small. Every contribution helps keep the vans on the road and supports those who need it most.
