In Victoria, we're confronting the stark reality of too many people going hungry, sleeping rough, or living on the edge. For 50 years, the Vinnies Soup Van service has been a vital frontline response, proving that a simple meal and a conversation can be the first step towards housing, healthcare and stability. Thanks to the commitment of Victorian business and community leaders, the 2025 Vinnies CEO Sleepout raised $1,352,272 to support those facing homelessness and food insecurity across the state. All funds raised will go directly towards strengthening the Vinnies Soup Vans program, which delivers over 800,000 meals every year to people in need. In 2026, we're urging leaders and their supporters to stand with us again and declare 'enough is enough'. Having a safe roof overhead is a fundamental human right, and every Victorian deserves a secure home.
