The sleepout – trading comfort for compassion
This year, I’m taking part in the Vinnies CEO Sleepout to
stand in solidarity with the thousands of Australians experiencing homelessness
every night. While I’ll be sleeping outside for just one night, many in our
community face the harsh reality of not having a safe place to call home day
after day.
Homelessness is not always visible - it affects individuals,
families, and children in every part of our society. The Vinnies CEO Sleepout
is about raising awareness, starting meaningful conversations, and taking
action to support those doing it tough.
Funds raised through this event go directly to Vinnies,
helping provide essential services like food, emergency accommodation, and
long-term support that can change lives and restore hope.
Every donation makes a difference. No matter the amount, it
all adds up to real support for those who need it most.

homelessness and make a lasting impact.
