Terms & Conditions
National Council grants the Entity the non-exclusive permission for you and your organisation to have the non-exclusive right to use the Vinnies CEO Sleepout mark solely for the purpose of advertising, display, and promotion of your fundraising efforts for the Vinnies CEO Sleepout event. The Entity agrees to use the Vinnies CEO Sleepout mark in accordance with the provided artwork and resources provided on the Resource page without alteration or distortion. This permission is not transferable.
Non-Transferability: The Entity agrees not to transfer or sublicense the right to use the Vinnies CEO Sleepout mark to any third party without prior written consent from National Council.
