One night is not a lot, but I hope I can still make a small difference...with your SUPPORT!
Every night, thousands of Australians experience homelessness, and I would like to make a tiny contribution to raise more awareness. Therefore, I have decided to take part in the Vinnies CEO Sleepout to raise money for the St Vincent de Paul Society to support Australians in need.
On one of the coldest nights this winter (and for those of you supporting me from the northern hemisphere, our coldest month is June!), I'll be sleeping outside in the streets of Sydney (no luxuries such as beds, mattresses, mats or heaters, just some cardboard and a sleeping bag...and yes it can get down to close to zero degrees at night and the bitumen is hard!) as part of an eye-opening experience with some fellow CEOs from around Australia to help raise funds for Vinnies and to get a glimpse into the realities of homelessness.
To help break the devastating cycle of homelessness, I will need your support! Will you help me to reach my target of raising $8888 this year? Donating even just $100 can make a huge difference to people who need it most.

This is such a great initiative, and I am very happy to support! I lived in Australia while studying, and have been to this most amazing country dozens of times over the past 30 years. The changes I witness/ed in general, and the price increases in particular, are extraordinary, and I, too, have friends who cannot afford it anymore and are in real financial difficulties. Hope the Australian government will take the necessary corrective actions that will finally change things!
