Participating in their 1st Vinnies CEO Sleepout
For one night in June, I’ll be sleeping under the stars in support of the 120k+ Australians experiencing homelessness.
The rising cost of living and the deepening housing crisis means that more Australians are vulnerable to homelessness than ever before. Every night, more than 120k Australians experience homelessness, and 1 in 7 of those are kids under 12. It’s a national issue that’s impacting people we care about, work with, and know, but for those experiencing homelessness, it can be tough to talk about and get support.
In June, I'll be sleeping outside to
raise awareness and bring home the realities of homelessness. Funds
raised from the CEO Sleepout help St Vincent de Paul Society support
Australians in need, providing crisis accommodation, food, healthcare, counselling,
education, employment, and more.
Everyone deserves a safe and stable roof over their head. To help break the devastating cycle of homelessness, I need your support. Donating as little as $10 or $100 can make a huge difference to people who need it most.
