ACT & Surrounds 2026

One night isn't a lot, but it can make a whole lot of difference

Every night, over 122,000 Australians experience homelessness. But these numbers don’t tell the whole story.
Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people are disproportionately represented in this group.
This isn't just about a lack of roofs; it’s about systemic inequality, severe overcrowding, and the lasting impacts of dispossession.
On Thursday, 18 June, I’ll be joining business leaders across Australia for the Vinnies CEO Sleepout. By spending one night on cardboard, I’m raising funds to help Vinnies provide:
  • 🏠 Emergency accommodation and long-term housing solutions.
  • 🍲 Warm meals and essential healthcare.
  • 🤝 Cultural support and specialist services for First Nations communities.
How you can help:
I’ve set a goal to raise $5,000 to help break this cycle. Your donation, no matter the size, provides support for those who need it most.
Together, we can work towards a future where everyone has a safe place to call home.
