One night isn't a lot, but it can make a whole lot of difference
Every night, thousands of Australians don’t have a safe place to sleep. As a local Councillor, I see first hand how housing insecurity affects not just individuals, but families, children, and whole communities. It impacts not only health but a person’s sense of dignity and hope.
That’s why this year I’m taking part in the Vinnies CEO Sleepout, raising funds to support Australians experiencing homelessness. For one night, I’ll be sleeping outside, a small but powerful way to better understand the reality faced by so many people in our community every single night.
Homelessness isn’t inevitable. With the right support, we can help break this devastating cycle and that’s where your help matters. I’m aiming to reach my fundraising target, and I’d be so grateful for your support.
