One night isn't a lot, but it can make a whole lot of difference
Every night, far too many Australians go without the safety, comfort, and dignity of a place to call home. Through my work with Kaya Disability Support, I see how important stable housing, care, and community are in helping people live with dignity and independence. Sadly, for many vulnerable people, including those living with disability and other complex challenges, homelessness remains a very real risk.
This year, I am taking part in the Vinnies CEO Sleepout to help raise awareness and support for Australians experiencing homelessness. For one night, I will sleep outside to better understand, in a small way, the harsh reality faced by so many people every day.
I am proud to contribute to this important cause and support the incredible work of the St Vincent de Paul Society, which provides vital assistance to people in need.
I would be truly grateful for your support. Every contribution, big or small, can help make a real difference in breaking the cycle of homelessness and giving hope to those who need it most.
