Ringers Western, Stickin' Together

As the Women of Ringers, we’re proud to be coming together for the 2026 Vinnies CEO Sleepout under the banner of “Stickin’ Together” a value that sits at the heart of Ringers Western and something we truly believe in both personally and professionally.

Emma Salerno, Fran Salerno, Amelia Salerno, part of the founding family behind Ringers Western, alongside Rebecca Pask, National Corporate Manager, are taking part to help raise awareness and vital funds for Australians experiencing homelessness.

Every night, thousands of Australians face the harsh reality of homelessness, and while one night sleeping outdoors cannot compare to the challenges many people face daily, we hope it helps shine a light on an issue that deserves greater awareness, compassion and support.

As women in business, we believe in showing up for our communities, supporting those doing it tough, and using our platform to create meaningful impact beyond the workplace. This cause is deeply aligned with the ethos Ringers Western was built on community, resilience and stickin’ together when it matters most.

We would be incredibly grateful for any support towards our fundraising goal. Every donation, big or small, will help Vinnies continue providing essential services, support and hope to Australians in need.

Thank you for helping us make a difference.
