This year, I’m taking part in the Vinnies CEO Sleepout.
In the work we do across the Illawarra, Shoalhaven and Southern Highlands, we talk a lot about resilience, opportunity and growth. But strong economies only exist when communities are strong — and too many people in our region are doing it tough.
Homelessness doesn’t sit on the margins of our economy. It sits within it. Job loss, housing pressure, rising costs and health shocks can push people to the edge far faster than most of us realise.
The CEO Sleepout is a chance for leaders to stand together, use our networks, and step up for the community that supports our businesses every day.
I’ve committed to raising $5,000, and I’m asking for your support to help get there.
If you’re able to donate, whether it’s $20, $100 or more, you’re contributing to practical support for people facing homelessness and hardship in our community.
This isn’t about one night outside. It’s about leaders backing people, businesses backing community, and recognising that we are stronger together.
Thank you for your support.
