Participating in their 1st Vinnies CEO Sleepout
One night isn't a lot, but it can make a whole lot of difference
Hi Everyone,
I will be spending the 20th of June at the 2024 Vinnies CEO Sleepout to help tackle homelessness head-on. On any given night, more than 122,000 Australians, including many children, don’t have a safe & secure place to sleep.
I’ll be joining business, government and community leaders across Australia in sleeping out. Our goal is to ensure that Vinnies’ vital services can stay up and running – meeting the increasing demand due to sky-rocketing costs of living, along with other social and economic pressures.
This cause strongly resonates with McFarlane’s mission statement, which is to help our Australian people live the healthiest, fullest lives possible. Every dollar we raise goes to Vinnies’ services, which include food, accommodation, education, counselling, employment and health programs. I would greatly appreciate your support for this important cause. The Vinnies CEO Sleepout happens for just one night, but it raises vital funds to support people all year round.
