Support SALON STATION in the Vinnies CEO Sleepout

Every night, tens of thousands of Australians are without a safe place to sleep. Homelessness can affect anyone — individuals, families, young people, and the elderly — and often stems from circumstances beyond their control, such as job loss, illness, domestic violence, or sudden hardship.

This year, SALON STATION is proud to be participating in the Vinnies CEO Sleepout — a national event that raises vital funds and awareness for Australians experiencing homelessness. As part of this, our team will be spending one night sleeping rough — exposed to the cold, discomfort, and uncertainty — to better understand, in even the smallest way, what so many people live through every single day.

We’re not pretending to fully understand what it’s like to be homeless — but we are choosing to step outside our comfort zones to stand in solidarity and help drive change.

All funds raised go directly to the St Vincent de Paul Society, helping to provide essential services such as food, emergency accommodation, clothing, and long-term support for people in crisis.

To make a real difference, we need your help.

Even a modest donation can go a long way:

• Around $50 can help provide someone with a warm meal and basic essentials.

• Roughly $100 can help cover short-term accommodation for someone with nowhere else to go.

• A gift of $250 or more can support long-term solutions that empower people to rebuild their lives.
