One night isn't a lot, but it can make a whole lot of difference
This year, I’ve signed up for the Vinnies CEO Sleepout to raise funds for the incredible work of the St Vincent de Paul Society. For one night, I’ll be swapping the hot yoga room for cold concrete to help raise awareness (and much-needed money) to support Aussies doing it tough.
Now, you know how much I love the heat, so the idea of spending a winter’s night outside, not in the hot room without a heater, or a single drop of sweat sounds almost impossible. But yoga isn’t just about the poses, it’s how we move through the world. And showing up for our community, with compassion and action, is the practice.
So wish me luck (and maybe send me some thermal socks), and if you're able to support, donating even $20 can make a real difference in someone’s life. Every dollar helps create real, lasting change.
