Participating in their 1st Vinnies CEO Sleepout
I've personally been helped by the Vinnie's and it's time to HELP the community.
The St Vincent de Paul Society has personally helped me growing up. My late mother battled Drug & Alcohol problems for her entire adult life. Growing up, we would get evicted from housing even sleeping on the beach. Or, she would spend money on alcohol, and we would have no food.
St Vincent de Paul was always there to help by providing food and clothing for our family when I lived with my mother.
I have to say I was fortunate to end up living with my Grandparents and having the opportunities I now have. I have genuinely seen the other side, and how it can be a vicious cycle and sometimes out of your control, by sleeping out and helping raise funds for the St Vincent de Paul Society, I am hoping that I can bring hope to others and to support Australians in need.
We live in a very privileged country, yet every night, thousands of Australians experience homelessness. But it doesn't have to be that way.
For one night, I'll be sleeping outside as part of an eye-opening experience for most people to raise awareness and bring home the realities of homelessness.
Hopefully, we can make a dent and help break the devastating cycle of homelessness; I need your support. Will you help me to reach my target? Donating just 50 dollars can make a massive difference to people who need it most.
So far this year I helped provide

It's a very good cause Byron. Good luck with the fundraising. Hope it doesn't rain on the night (not)
Good work Byron and a good cause
