One night is a small sacrifice for a big difference in someone’s tomorrow
Through my work in travel, I’m fortunate to experience incredible hotels, resorts and cruise ships around the world — something I never want to take for granted. The reality is that every night in Australia, thousands of people don’t have the certainty of a safe place to sleep, including many right here in WA.
This year, I’m taking part in the Vinnies CEO Sleepout with the St Vincent de Paul Society to help raise funds and awareness for Australians experiencing homelessness and housing insecurity.
For one night, I’ll be sleeping outside to better understand the challenges many people face every day, while supporting programs that provide emergency accommodation, food, support services and pathways to rebuilding lives.
