Every night, around 6,000 people in SA are experiencing homelessness or sleeping rough. High costs of living, rising unemployment and mental illness are some of the factors that have traditionally placed people at risk. And now, with the impacts of COVID-19, we are bracing ourselves for a new wave of people who have never needed our assistance before. Can you help us by registering for the Vinnies CEO Sleepout, and show that you truly care?

Mathew Kratiuk braved the Vinnies CEO Sleepout and shared his own experience of homelessness. Mathew experienced what he describes as “the perfect family” until his parents separated when he was 12….he eventually ended up alone on the street.
